HSA/FSA ELIGIBILITY

We’ve teamed with Flex to make it easy for you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for your Love My Sauna purchase. By using HSA or FSA funds, you save by using pre-tax dollars, and thereby lowering the actual cost of your purchase.

How do I qualify? 

The IRS regulates HSA and FSA eligibility, requiring that you have a medical condition or disease you intend to treat or manage with a specific product. To qualify, you'll need documentation known as a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN). To streamline this process, Love My Sauna has partnered with Flex to provide you with this necessary documentation.

What is the process? 

At checkout, select Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA as your payment option. You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm eligibility. From there, enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete checkout. Once Flex processes your purchase (usually in 24 hours), Flex will email the LOMN and itemized receipt to you. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
