We do our best to offer the best prices online.  Our Price Match Guarantee lasts for one month from your purchase date. Other restrictions that apply are:

• Promotions such as rebates and "buy one get one free" offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock.
• The store must be online only.
• The store cannot be a discount or auction site, such as eBay or Overstock.
• The store must be an Authorized Retail Dealer of the product's brand and not a brand manufacturer.
• The Price Match must include shipping costs and insurance.

To request a Price Match Guarantee refund on a purchase, you can call us at (740) MY-SAUNA, or email us at hello@lovemysauna.com with a link to the same exact product on another store's website, and please include your order number in your message. We will process your request within 24 hours.
