We offer curbside delivery for FREE to the lower 48 contiguous states within the United States.
Orders are packed at the warehouse within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-10 business days. If you are outside of the contiguous U.S. states, please contact us at hello@lovemysauna.com or give us a call at (740) MY-SAUNA and we can arrange for special shipment to your address.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then make sure your order is in stock and ready to pack and ship. If there is any delay, we will let you know immediately. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information. We will follow-up with you to make sure you have all the information you need regarding shipment and delivery.
Please note:
- If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no additional charge.
- If a shipping crate arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, and mark the Bill of Lading with “Crate arrived open/damaged - Possible Hidden Damage”, and contact us immediately so we can file the necessary insurance claims and correct the situation. DO NOT UNPACK DAMAGED CRATES. Damaged products must remain in their original boxes with their original packaging in order for you to receive your replacement.
- If you would like to change the “ship to” address and your order has already left the factory, you will incur a Change of Delivery Address Charge in the amount of $250.00.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, there will be no additional charge.
- If you cancel your order and it has already been packed for shipment, you will incur a Cancellation Fee of $65.00.
- If you cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will be charged for return shipping in addition to a $400.00 Cancellation/Restocking fee.
- If no one is at your location when your order arrives, you will be charged additional storage fees to be determined.
It is imperative that you or someone you designate is at home when your order arrives. We know that you are looking forward to receiving your order, so we anticipate that someone will be there at delivery time. We will communicate with you via email and phone to make sure that your delivery goes smoothly.
