ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Hot Tub assembly and installation are not included. Customers are responsible for arranging assembly and installation directly with qualified installers.

PLANNING YOUR DELIVERY

One of the most common questions we receive is:

"How will my wood-burning hot tub get from the delivery truck to its final location?"

Your wood-burning hot tub arrives as a large, fully assembled unit, so it's important to plan the delivery route before it arrives.

Taking a few minutes to prepare ahead of time helps ensure a smooth delivery and installation.

Step 1: Getting the Hot Tub Off the Delivery Truck

Depending on the size and weight of your hot tub, the shipment may be unloaded using:

  • Liftgate service for smaller shipments, when available.
  • A forklift or other unloading equipment for larger models.
  • Additional equipment when required for oversized or heavy shipments.

The appropriate unloading method depends on the model, the freight carrier, and your delivery location.

Step 2: Moving the Hot Tub to Its Final Location

Once your hot tub has been unloaded, it still needs to reach its installation site.

If the installation area is near the driveway with wide, level access, moving the hot tub is usually straightforward.

If the hot tub will be placed behind your home, through a narrow gate, down a slope, across landscaping, or in another difficult-to-access location, additional equipment may be required.

Before your delivery, consider the entire route from the delivery truck to the prepared installation site.

Step 3: Preparing the Installation Site

Before your hot tub arrives, make sure the installation area is ready.

We recommend confirming:

  • The base or foundation is level and capable of supporting the filled weight of the hot tub.
  • There is adequate space around the hot tub for safe access and maintenance.
  • The location provides sufficient clearance for operating the wood-burning heater and chimney.
  • The installation area is fully prepared before delivery.

Preparing the site in advance makes placement much easier and helps avoid delays.
