We offer curbside delivery for FREE to the lower 48 contiguous states within the United States. 

White glove delivery and assembly is available as an add-on option. Orders are packed at the warehouse within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-10 business days. If you are outside of the contiguous U.S. states, please contact us at hello@lovemysauna.com or give us a call at (740) MY-SAUNA and we can arrange for special shipment to your address. 

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then make sure your product(s) are in stock and ready to pack and ship. If there is any delay, we will let you know immediately. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information. We will follow-up with you to make sure you have all the information you need regarding shipment and delivery.

Please note:

• If a shipping crate arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, along with a detailed description on the Bill of Lading, and contact us immediately so we can file the necessary insurance claims and correct the situation. DO NOT UNPACK DAMAGED CRATES. Damaged products must remain in their original boxes with their original packaging in order for you to receive your replacement product. 
• If no one is at your location when your order arrives, you will be charged additional storage fees. 

It is imperative that you or someone you designate is at home when your order arrives. We know that you are looking forward to receiving it, so we expect that someone will be there at delivery time. We will communicate with you via email and phone to make sure that your delivery goes smoothly.
