How Do I Clean The Blanket?
Lay the blanket out flat and wipe down with a towel to remove sweat. Spraying with a natural cleaning spray is recommended.

How Does MiHIGH Differ From A Regular Infrared Sauna?
Your MiHIGH blanket uses the same heating technology as an infrared sauna, emitting FAR infrared wavelengths. The experience is similar, but instead you will be  lying down with your head and arms outside the blanket. 

How is the sauna towel insert different from a normal towel?
Your sauna towel insert is a custom-designed towel, shaped like a sleeping bag. It uses a custom blend of comfortable, sweat-absorbing and hypoallergenic fabric blends to provide the ultimate sauna blanket experience. Simple hop inside your towel insert inside your sauna blanket without having to wear clothes.

What should I put inside my spray bottle for cleaning the blanket?
We recommend water plus a natural anti-bacterial mix, such as lemon or apple cider vinegar. You are welcome to use any anti-bacterial mixes you have at home with water to clean your sauna blanket.

How should I use the three microfiber towels?
Your towels are made up of one large and two smaller towels. The larger towel is made to go over your pillow. The two smaller towels have been designed for wiping down your face after a session or wiping down the blanket after you spray it.
